For the first time in four years, the proportion of Landlords who say they plan to expand their portfolios is higher than those who say they intend to reduce 🏆

➡ Specialist BTL lender Paragon Banking Group PLC consulted almost 900 landlords 📋
➡ Nationwide average: 19% intend to invest in property in next 12 months 💰
➡ In East Midlands: the figure is 26%! 😊
➡ For Landlords with larger portfolios: 31% intend on expanding đŸ’č 
➡ Just 17% of Landlords intend on selling at least one of their properties over the course of the next year 🏡
➡ This is drop from the previous two quarters and marks a return to the same level seen in Q2 of 2020 (when lockdown was announced) 🔒
